Birla Evara model apartments are fully furnished display homes designed to help you visualize your future space before purchasing. Located in the upscale Sarjapur Road area, these modern 1, 2, 3 & 4 BHK apartments range from 405 to 1690 sq. ft., reflecting the final product with premium features.

Customers can inspect each unit individually and use size to determine which one to purchase. To give everyone a sense of the size of the residences, all of the model homes are completely furnished. Additionally, they can obtain a sense of how to design the interior of their apartments. The kitchen is completely equipped with shelves and a modular kitchen so that everyone can see how much storage space there is.

Before taking ownership of their homes, people are unable to have a good picture of how they will look. In order for purchasers to quickly obtain a visual representation of their entire homes, the model apartments will provide a clear notion of living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms. They can get a look at how their houses will look at the time of possession in January 2032.

To provide a visual representation of the soon-to-be-built homes, the model apartments are temporarily on exhibit at the project site. They will be removed from the project site once the construction is complete.
